Trustees

Minimum of  two individuals, say husband and wife or partner or other trusted individual as trustees. Maximum no of individual trustees is 4. Alternatively you may use a corporate trustee.

Members

Trustees must be members of the fund. For corporate trustees, members must be directors of the trustee company.

Trust Deed / ABN / TFN

We will set up your funds trust deed and apply on its behalf for an Australian Business Number and Tax File Number.

Investment Strategy

We will work with you to formulate and document an investment strategy.

Bank Account and Share Trading Account

We will open a bank account and share trading account for your fund. You will be allocated a BSB and account number and a HIN, for your security.

Rollover and consolidate existing super

Once your fund is established will can rollover and consolidate your existing super into one account.

Estate Planning

Our in house lawyer can help you set up a will, testamentary trust for your estate and binding death nomination for your SMSF.
